Before/after bloodwork compilation for the lipid panel — everything in one place for those who want comprehensive data:
| Category | Marker | Before | After 13mo | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Metabolic | A1C | 7.2% | 5.5% | ⬇️ 1.4% |
| Metabolic | Fasting Glucose | 131 | 90 | ⬇️ 36 |
| Lipids | LDL | 159 | 103 | ⬇️ 41 |
| Lipids | Triglycerides | 261 | 121 | ⬇️ 111 |
| Inflammation | hsCRP | 6.5 | 0.9 | ⬇️ 6.0 |
Every single metabolic marker improved. This is why I'm a believer in this therapy.

This answered a question I did not know how to ask. Sending this to two other people who asked me the same thing last week.

I would rather people stopped quoting the 24% as if it were a licensed outcome. It is a phase 2 result in a few hundred participants with no cardiovascular endpoint and no long-term safety data, and this board has a habit of treating pipeline numbers as settled.

Advanced lipoprotein testing on the lipid panel — going beyond standard lipid panel:
| Marker | Baseline | Month 8 | Clinical Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| LDL-P | 1665 | 965 | Particle count (more precise than LDL-C) |
| Small dense LDL | 65% | 29% | Atherogenic pattern |
| Remnant cholesterol | 33 | 14 | Triglyceride-rich lipoproteins |
| oxLDL | 70 | 43 | Oxidative stress marker |
The shift from small dense to large buoyant LDL is particularly important — it represents a fundamental change in the atherogenic profile.
