Careful with treating an unchanged LDL-C as a failure. If ApoB and triglycerides both fell, the particle picture improved regardless of what the calculated LDL says.

Comprehensive lipid panel update relevant to the lipid panel:
| Marker | Baseline | 6 Months | 12 Months | Reference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total Cholesterol | 245 | 200 | 190 | <200 |
| LDL | 150 | 125 | 110 | <100 |
| HDL | 43 | 56 | 57 | >40 |
| Triglycerides | 265 | 180 | 100 | <150 |
| LDL-P | 1485 | 1235 | 885 | <1000 |
The triglyceride drop is the most impressive. My cardiologist reduced my statin dose based on these results.

Before/after bloodwork compilation for the lipid panel — everything in one place for those who want comprehensive data:
| Category | Marker | Before | After 9mo | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Metabolic | A1C | 8.4% | 5.5% | ⬇️ 1.6% |
| Metabolic | Fasting Glucose | 122 | 86 | ⬇️ 27 |
| Lipids | LDL | 165 | 94 | ⬇️ 57 |
| Lipids | Triglycerides | 237 | 112 | ⬇️ 107 |
| Inflammation | hsCRP | 6.5 | 1.0 | ⬇️ 6.0 |
Every single metabolic marker improved. This is why I'm a believer in this therapy.

For the archive: it took about six weeks rather than the two I expected, and the difference between those two numbers was the whole of my problem.
